Everything was really good, had a luxurious stay for service at the roof top bar. The twin room was brand-new with balconies. The location couldn't be more top and convenient very close to the center.

Location: the hotel was close enough to Hyatt Regency Sofia. Centrum district was worth visiting. New-fashioned and wonderful rooms, just what was needed. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the view at sunset was exceptional.

Modern and gorgeous hotel, very welcoming staff at the reception room service, everything was fantastic. Exceptionally clean and huge room plus a mini bar, central heating, iron and ironing board. Down pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed. Quick check-in, marvellous and stunning location really close to the center of town and the city centre. Also, in all 3 outlets. Honestly nothing to complain about.

Exceptionally nice staff, excellent views at sunset, everything is modern. It has great and incredible location a 4-6 minute walking distance from National Academy of Arts. They have a good restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, that was a definite bonus.

The breakfast at Hyatt Regency Sofia was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The room I stayed in was beautifully designed and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I had a truly relaxing and restful sleep during my stay.
Additionally, the restaurant did not offer enough gluten-free options, limiting my dining choices. Unfortunately, the pool was also unavailable due to maintenance issues.
